Second Wind - UX Case Study and Prototype

This project was created to explore how UI/UX design can support blue-collar workers approaching retirement. My goal was to design a clear, human-centered digital experience that provides guidance and reassurance during a major life transition. Through research, persona development, and prototyping, I focused on creating an interface that feels approachable, intuitive, and easy to navigate, translating empathy and real user needs into a functional design solution.
